The medium roast hits that perfect spot—bold enough to wake me up, but the vanilla comes through smooth and natural, not syrupy fake. I've been brewing it black every morning and there's no bitter aftertaste, just a warm sweetness that lingers. Definitely earned a permanent spot in my cabinet.
It’s my second bag and I keep coming back because the medium roast lets the vanilla come through without tasting fake or sugary, and the beans stay fresh right down to the last scoop. Coffee’s become the part of my morning I actually look forward to again.
The vanilla flavor is definitely bold and natural-tasting, not that fake syrupy stuff you get in most flavored coffees. Medium roast works well for my morning cup, though I wish the bag had a resealable zipper since it's a 10oz and takes me a while to get through.
