The balance here is spot on—full-bodied enough to wake you up but smooth enough that I don’t need sugar. I’ve brewed it both in a drip machine and a French press, and the complex flavor holds up nicely in both.

I’ve been through a lot of bagged coffee that either tastes watery or scorched, but this one gives that full body without any bitter edge. The flavor stays complex from the first sip to the last, which is rare for a daily drinker.
