Took this on a four-mile hike and the 20 oz size was perfect — no refills needed. Coffee stayed hot the whole way and the lid didn't leak a drop in my backpack.

Filled it with hot coffee at 7am and it was still warm by lunch — the lid seals tight enough that I just tossed it in my bag without worrying. Twenty ounces is the perfect size for a full morning without constant refills.
