Benjamin ★★★★★

The maple syrup note keeps the fiery cinnamon from being too sharp, so it's sweet and spicy at the same time. Brewed it strong in my French press and the whole kitchen smelled like a bakery. Already halfway through the bag.

The cinnamon hits first and then that maple sweetness comes in right behind it — exactly the combo I was hoping for. I've been brewing it a little stronger than usual and it holds up without going bitter.

Andrew ★★★★★

I poured a mug this morning expecting a typical fall coffee and the cinnamon bite genuinely surprised me—it's bold, almost spicy, not that weak pumpkin-spice stuff. The maple syrup sweetness balances it out perfectly, and the dark roast base keeps it from feeling like a dessert. Already bought a sec
