Claire Y. ★★★★★

That first sip genuinely surprised me — it's got that thick, espresso-like body without any of the burnt aftertaste I was bracing for. Pulled it as a shot this morning and the crema alone made me feel like I knew what I was doing.

Ryan ★★★★★

I expected harsh and bitter, but this is genuinely smooth for how dark it is. Pulled a double shot this morning and the depth hit right without any of that burnt aftertaste.

Miles ★★★★★

The crema this roast throws off is honestly restaurant-quality, and it stays smooth even as it cools instead of turning bitter. I’m on my third bag and the depth hasn’t faded once.
