Didn't expect the leather to feel this substantial for the price, but it's got a nice weight in the hand. The binding lays flat when I'm writing, which makes my morning pages a lot less fiddly.
The leather cover has this soft, worn-in feel right out of the box, and it's already picking up a nice patina from a few weeks in my bag. I've been jotting morning thoughts over coffee, and the binding lies flat so it's easy to write in one hand.
This journal feels like it was made for late nights with a coffee in hand. The leather cover has a nice weight to it, and the pages hold up well to pen ink without bleeding through. I've already filled a quarter of it with rambling thoughts and it's become part of my evening ritual.
